Again, this is exactly my type of book — the one that makes my heart bleed in a moment and makes my cheeks hurt for so much laughing in the next one. Racquel's thoughts: At first I thought this book was about mermaid, I don't know how I got that idea in my head because this is realistic contemporary at it's best! The reasons Anna is attracted to him are clear, far beyond his physical appearance, and their banter keeps things lively and fun. All downloaded files are checked EPUB. One thing they have in common are their unsatisfying endings, making us leave our characters too early and too abrupt after major-life changing events.

Tyler is a local lifeguard who offers Anna a new chance for love and trust. Julianna Farnetti and Shane Cruz are remembered as the golden couple of Summit Lakes High—perfect in every way, meant to be together forever. Jessi Kirby's writing magically makes it your temporary second home. Again, this is exactly my type of book — the one that makes my heart bleed in a moment and makes my cheeks hurt for so much laughing in the next one.

This all beach-themed read takes you to the beautiful place of Crystal Cove with wide long beaches and shimmering blue water. The essence of a person, she has always believed, is in the heart. How I wish I lived there. In his letter, he jokingly charged Honor with the task of telling Kyra Kelly that he was in love with her.

Moonglass book

Just wish it could go on longer or have a sequel. I could feel another moment creeping up on us, and I willed him to just tilt his head in and kiss me before I had to swim in and deal with what waited for me on the beach.

Racquel's thoughts: At first I thought this book was about mermaid, I don't know how I got that idea in my head because this is realistic contemporary at it's best!

I just wish we had more time to follow the development of their love story. Now just go get this book and read it! Scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, surfing, a bonfire and BBQs are only a selection of the fun beach activities we are invited to partake in.

It's also a story about regret Moonglass book a terrible family tragedy. Also, the love story is so sweet that you might get a sugar high, LOL. It was just time to open her heart for all that love and leave the past behind her.

A contemplative and uniquely soulful beach read. If the server does not provide a quick download, then we remove it from the list. For me Moonglass had all the emotions and charms of a Sarah Dessen novel, which I am a huge fan of, but in no way did it appear as a copy of Dessen's style.

Also, this is a complete beach read and who doesn't love those? One thing they have in common are their unsatisfying endings, making us leave our characters too early and too abrupt after major-life changing events.

I think that the next time I go to the beach I will keep looking for sea-glass. I love her stories. You can see that the death of Anna's mother still affects her very much. Julianna Farnetti and Shane Cruz are remembered as the golden couple of Summit Lakes High—perfect in every way, meant to be together forever.

It was just time to open her heart for all that love and leave the past behind her. But that was before Mari got so wrapped up in her online world that she shut anyone out who questioned its worth—like Bri. Their relationship has its sweet and daring moments. With a sympathetic but still sometimes frustrating protagonist, a cocky but sweet lifeguard love interest, and an interesting dynamic between father and daughter, the characters play a strong and well defined role throughout.

The one who broke her ribs pumping life back into her lungs. This all beach-themed read takes you to the beautiful place of Crystal Cove with wide long beaches and shimmering blue water. Some Amazon reviews provide useful information to help you decide whether to buy a particular product or not.

Other reviews are useless, like the ones where people give something a one star just because it arrived late. But there's another type of review that's neither useful nor useless, but what they lack in helpfulness, they make up for in pure hilarity.

Jun 22,  · What I loved the most about Moonglass were the less obvious components. At it’s surface, Kirby’s book is a simple summer read. Yet, if we dig a bit deeper we can find some literary motiffs, and I think half the fun is realizing a book is deeper than one initially thought.

Moonglass is a book that I probably would have never picked up had the Jessi Kirby hype been at such an extreme level for these past few weeks. What I really wanted to read of Kirby's was her newest publication, Golden, but unfortunately my library did not have a copy yet, /5.

Artist Diana Chao fuses Eastern philosophy and color with Western aesthetics for a unique, mesmerizing blend of digital portraits elevating social impact. Feb 16,  · I don't think Moonglass is a bad book, I'm sure lots of people will love it, but I didn't particularly care for it.

I never connected with the book. Characters There wasn't a single point in this book when I felt connected to the characters.

Moonglass by Jessi Kirby

I never related /5(96). May 17,  · I've come to find that discovering new contemporary YA authors to love is becoming a consuming hobby, but it's so worth it when I find an author like Jessi Kirby and a book like MOONGLASS.
